Most triathletes will focus most of their bike training on improving their fitness. This might involve indoor interval sessions, plyometrics, long weekend rides and maybe even some track work.
Unfortunately, although all of these things will ensure that your body is well prepared for the physical demands of the bike leg, they do very little to improve your bike handling. As a result, many triathletes lose a considerable amount of time and take some dangerous and unnecessary risks when it comes to race day.
